Do I need to arrange for a Building Consent, or do you take care of it?

You are responsible for arrangement and payment of all consents / council requirements, but our experienced team is able to give you advice and guide you through the entire process.

What extra costs should I allow for?

You will need to allow for costs to connect power, sewerage and water to the new site. Feel free to get in touch for a rough estimate on what these typical costs may be.
